"We had a family funeral in Provo and this townhouse was perfect! Clean, roomy, well supplied, comfortable, our 2 daughters and their families joined us and were thrilled with everything. The bunk room was perfect for the 3 grandkids. Location was so close to groceries, we just walked. Easy access to I15, everything in good shape"

VRBO told me that I had called in time to receive a full refund. They have since emailed me and said that since there was no proof that i had called to cancel, I would not get a refund. "The location is definitely prime - view of lake & small pond across the street. The house is nicely appointed and clean. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Overhead fans in each bedroom were appreciated. The only drawback was that both bathrooms were upstairs - no powder room on first floor. That got uncomfortable for us older folks. It would be a good thing to point this out in the property description. Older folks would appreciate knowing this fact. We enjoyed our time staying...

It was perfectly located to where we were attending a retreat. Close to restaurants, etc. Well decorated, felt like home. Well equipped. If we could give 6 stars we would. "Everything was very clean and organized. Looked like a new listing with new beds, bedding and furniture. All basic needs taken care of. Didn’t get to the back yard, but the house was wonderful. This house was every bit of what we needed. It was also convienently located to our dental office, shopping, and groceries. The single bathroom was a little bit tricky, which we knew it would be going in, but worked well for us. "Spent Mother's Day weekend at the cabin and we could not be happier. The house is as advertised; clean, calming and perfect for our quick weekend away. We could walk to Sundance for dinner, sat in the hot tub mornings and nights and just enjoyed the sound of the river. We will be back without doubt."
