The Space:
SandDorn 1 is a charming vacation home for 2 people.
The lower floor of the house offers a cozy living area with a cozy fireplace and natural wood flooring throughout the house. A Smart TV with soundbar provides entertainment. From here you have direct access to the sunny terrace, which is equipped with a beach chair, garden furniture and a parasol. The kitchen area has a kitchenette, a Nespresso capsule machine, a dishwasher and high-quality equipment. There are storage facilities in the utility room and access to the wallbox for electric cars outside. The upper floor houses the sleeping unit with a spacious double bed and exposed ceiling beams equipped with dimmable LED lighting. A spacious bathroom with sauna offers an unobstructed view as far as the Bodden.

There is also a shared garden and tool shed with 2 electric barbecues and beach equipment. There is a storage area for water sports equipment, and bicycles can be attached and connected separately to the railing in front.

Guest Access:
The SandDorn house is located in the countryside and is equipped with insect screens on all windows. A self-designed guest book with detailed descriptions and excursion tips is also available in the apartment. Firewood is available on site depending on availability and can be used.

The Neighborhood:
Pruchten is a picturesque village on the Baltic Sea coast.
The idyllic cycling and hiking trails offer the opportunity to explore the coastal landscape and the hinterland while enjoying the tranquillity and vastness of nature.
Pruchten itself boasts a charming town center with small stores and cozy restaurants that invite you to stroll and linger.
For active vacationers, there are numerous water sports options on the Bodden, such as kitesurfing or windsurfing, while those interested in culture can discover the nearby towns and historical sights.
All in all, Pruchten, with its charming surroundings and proximity to the sea, offers an ideal backdrop for a relaxing vacation in the midst of a natural idyll.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price.
Linen packages, consisting of a towel, a shower towel, a sheet and bed linen, can be optionally booked up to 5 days before arrival via our travel registration form for € 35 per person. If you book the linen packages, the beds will already be made up on your arrival.
If you have to pay a tourist tax in this accommodation, this is already included in the price of the overnight stay.
