"Up There is one floor of a commercial building. The rooms are perfect! We got the Matejuska room, which has the harbor view and it was amazing! The whole week we were there, the only sounds we heard were doors opening! The staff is friendly and helpful. Although there is no night staff, contact information is in every room. Accommodation is room only but plenty of restaurants available with a short walking distance. Hotel located on second floor of building very clearly signed. "The location was perfect for me. Super close to the old city and walking distance to the ferry port. It is essentially a small studio apartment.
