"Staff was great. They were patient and tried to help with my reservation. My rescheduled reservation did not get sent to the hotel. I had to call Hotels.com to try and get the reservation sent to the hotel, I was on the phone for an hour and was hung up on Twice! I gave up and paid for the room AGAIN ..."
