"First thing I noticed when I entered our room was the towel on the bed, which was thread-bare. It was thin and just a tad better than a paper towel. I requested for a two-bed room when I reserved the room but when I got there, I was told that they can give me a two bed for only three nights of our four nights stay. Imagine packing up our things to transfer to another room. "

Bottom line this is a five star establishment. The Ox Tail restaurant on site offers extreme luxury in fine dinning. Actually this was the best, most well equipped Hotel/Resort I have ever had the pleasure of staying at."

Two beautiful swimming pools provide us relax places after the tour in the super hot day. Hotel provides one way transportation from the airport and free tuturk service inside the city. We like everything in this hotel and love to stay here."
