"Nice and relaxing "

"Good hotel overall. Staff obviously overworked and there isn’t enough. Ordering drinks takes a long time and queues at dinner in particular. A la carte restuarants are better than buffet, but again very slow service. A couple of very good staff, and the rest seem like they haven’t been here much. Pool bar staff and cleaners are real positive. I would recommend. "

"Very nice hotel, majority of staff friendly and helpful, good rooms, amazing infinity pool. Beach area very tired and overlooked, needs new walkway, umbrellas and sunbeds, a total revamp. Main bar and evening area very open and if windy like a wind tunnel so can be quite chilly in the evenings, plus insufficient seating for the size of the hotel. Main restaurant not intimate, quite cafe feel rather than restaurant unless you manage to get seated in the slightly upper small middle section....

"We arrived at the hotel to find out that the air conditioning had been turned off as it was the last week of the season although when we complained we were offered a fan. The bedroom was clean but the bathroom was tired and looked dirty. There was a good variety of food although the hot food was lukewarm and considering we were all inclusive we had to pay for water!! Overall we had a good holiday but we wouldnt rate the hotel 4 star. "

"This property is such a gem, the rooms and amazing and honestly you cannot go wrong with any of them but more than that the staff are really nice. I have allergies and they were ON IT. They made sure that I didn’t have anything with my allergens and offered alternatives. Everyone is really nice and accommodating, it’s rare to find a hotel that is stunning with incredible service. I’ll be back! If you’re looking to get around the island would plan to rent a car since the hotel is an oasis but...
