"Absolute scam! The biggest disappointment of Greece. Nothing in the hotel is matching pictures. Travelled in early April 2026 as a couple.
From check in to check out everything was horrible experience. As we arrived there was large group of teenage students checking in, around 40 people so it took a while in the queue outside under the rain as they did not fit in the reception area. I have specifically chosen and booked this hotel for double bedroom with terrace on the sea view, and got none of that. Complained to the reception after seeing room and they promptly tried to solve the issue, relocated to a “better room” with more space and double bed, but no sea view or terrace. I noticed way too late that it was a disabled room with walk in shower, extra high toilet and low sink. Not to forget the disgusting hospital/ medicine smell with big ugly carpet stain in the middle of the room to remind that something bad has happened. Staff cited this was better and quieter room but in reality bunch of kids were shouting through open windows to each other all evening so not quiet at all! Bed was super hard and squeaky, super cold room with loud a/c so got the worst night sleep ever. Breakfast was average, the basics. All hotel amenities needs a major refresh / clean / at least new carpet. Wouldn’t ever come back and don’t recommend - avoid at all costs!"
"Our room has a kitchen but it was not equipped, not even with cleaning supplies for the dishes provided. The location is central, good walking distance. The staff would not allowed us to park our car in the spots they had reserved for guests, and would not allow us to use the common area to have our take out pizza. The reason for not allowing us to have the pizza was kind of ridiculous, that Greek authority may ask for receipts for the food when they come in for inspection and they could not provide.
The breakfast was good, nice coffee, pastries, fruits and alternative dairy free milk options too. "
"I would like to have the ability to adjust the room temperature independently, rather than being set at their “comfort” level during the cold season. "
"Hotel party type stay, we only stayed for one night just to sleep passing through as it was the only hotel available. It was clean but rooms smell like smoke and overall more than a 9 hours stay would have been rough. It’s 2 stars so it’s what you get for the price. "
"Nice hotel, close to the pedestrian bar area. Excellent shower and good firm bed. Only critique is that our room was on the first floor at the front of the hotel and the noise insulation wasn’t the best: there was a lot of road noise in the room, especially in the early morning as the city went to work."
