What really made my visit stand out, though, was the fantastic service from the entire team. Every staff member was incredibly helpful, always going the extra mile with a genuine smile. I want to give a special mention to Ksemia, who was absolutely wonderful. She was so resourceful and always made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Along with the manager, Ksemia’s friendly and attentive nature truly made our trip more enjoyable. If you’re planning a visit to Samos, this is definitely the place to stay. A big thank you to the entire team for making our trip so memorable. "

"Overall excellent stay. Beautiful room with shared pool access, decorated with all natural materials and a very spaceous bathroom. The only downsides are the wait until 3pm check-in time, if you arrive early they make you wait around the lobby, there were people sleeping around waiting to check-in, not a great first impression. The food was also good for lunch although you can find better food around the island for dinner. Breakfast was very pleasent by the beach. The beach itself is gorgeous and given the adults only you are having a very quiet time with only good music to listen to coming from the beach bar. We plan to visit the other Casa Cook locations in Rhodes and look forward to that trip."
