Lovely place

Nice place to stay in Pua. White things give me a good mood and really relax. Beds are comfort. Breakfast is nice.

Fine hotel

Stay was good. Services was excellent most of the time; however, some of the staff did not speak english and we had to use google translate to communicate. Wifi went down an s they said wait until tomorrow, but we needed to work, so wenteied to explain to reboot router but they were clueless. Finally after saying "no wifi, no pay" they made a phone call and they rebooted router and all was fine.

Good friendly service

I love to stay at this hotel with my son, they have a nice pool that we love and children are most welcome, the view is outstanding and the rooms are tasteful and well appointed with balcony. Today when I left, I forgot my phone charger and informed reception that I couldn't find it, they found it and someone from the hotel brought it to me while I was waiting for my bus 😀 now that is very good service and thank you x

ขนาดโรงแรมค่อนข้างเล็กกว่าที่คิดไว้ แต่สถานที่ตั้งสะดวกสบายใกล้าตลาด เจ้าหน้าที่บริการดีมากๆ อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกน้อยไปหน่อย ตอนจองบอกว่า free cancellation จะจ่ายเงินเลยหรือจ่ายที่โรงแรมก็ได้ แต่พอจองไปแล้วมีการโทรมานอกรอบให้มัดจำค่าจองต่างหาก (มันเหมือนหลอกลวงกัน)
