"It was quite warm and there was no air conditioning. Room cleaning was inconsistent. Only one small shelf above the sink to place toiletries. Lighting in bathroom is poor for makeup and too far to get close unless you step into the shower. The location is good if you want a quiet neighbourhood with a park close by. There is a bus service in front and it’s walking distance into the town (Passing). The breakfast is okay if you don’t mind continental. The best part of the stay is the outside property and Ugo’s Restaurant next door gets a five star rating for the food. It is Italian cuisine and there was a steady stream of local neighbours picking up pizza to go!"
