Vacation home Eemeli by Interhome

108 km north-east of Oulu, River Iijoki 500 m, own boat at Sotkajärvi 2,5 km. Wooden cottage 2005, living room/kitchen convertible sofa/ bed, an extra bed and 2 mattresses, glazed porch. Separate sauna building (10m²) with dressing room, electric light and electric heating. Air source heat pump.

There is a separate outbuilding (17m2) that can be rented by a separate agreement / payment from 1.4. - 31.10. yearly. A daily rental of 40 €, payable directly to the owner. four bed places. Rented together with the main cottage. Other times by different contract.

Electric fat bike for rent 2 hours 30€, 4 hours 50€, 8 hours 80€. Please inquire in advance with the cottage owner. On level plot with mainly conifers, not on lake shore. Hot tub available at extra fee (contact the owner): e.g. date 1.5. - 31.9: 2 days 100e. Please, agree about the use with the owner always in advance. Ask the owner about bookings of different lengths. During the winter season, the date and prices are negotiated separately.
Client fills in and empties the tub and takes care of heating according to the instructions.

Pudasjärvi 18 km, Koillis-golf 7 km, Puikkari swimming hall 18 km, Iso-Syöte 39 km, sport fishing location at Jaaskamonkoski 9 km, Pudasjärvi-Syöte hiking trail 1.5 km. Grocery kiosk 5 km, swimming shore 2.5 km (Lake Sotkajärvi). Ranua Wildlife Park 94 km. Nuottilampi - hut, ski distance 5 km

Huisje lag erg afgelegen in een bos. ( mer helaas veel muggen #.)Jammer was het dat er zoveel prive spullen van de eigenaar in stonden. Het bed was een slaapbank, veel wer k om uit te zetten. Sleutel overdracht was perfect. Eigenaar stond met ( engels sprekende) zoon ons op te wachten. We werden uitgebreid rondgeleid.
