"The staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel was in a good location for us to walk to the places we wished to visit. The attached restaurant had a wide variety of foods and we enjoyed the included breakfast. "

"Hot water in the shower of the villa was not working. Never knew of hot water issues in an 5 star resort. Horrible service for villa guests. A cup of coffee took an hour to be delivered. Incredible property but horrendous service"

"Breakfast is pretty good. Bathrooms in the property needs maintenance. The bathtubs and commode do have stains as they are old. Room-service staff attending the calls needs training on customer service. Overall the stay was pretty decent. "
