The hotel highly mismanaged.Right from check in stage the staff were almost hostile. Had to fight for proper room.Reqested for staff assistance ,during check out whichwas not provided.

The front garden and friendly staff. Our room was a bit dark and could use a bedside table. Breakfast was local but tasty.

Overpriced for the room quality without amenities

First, the good part. The rooms are spacious and there's a huge lawn for the kids to play, unlike other hotels in the vicinity. And the not so good part is, if you are looking for a comfort of a business hotel, this one's not the one. The room does not come even with a good cupboard forget a locker, for your clothes or valuables. Huge scope for improvement in the bathroom. Restaurant serves good food, both a la carte as well as buffet.

worst hotel in the universe.. dont ever go there !

i have traveled wide range of hotels all over the world .. but this is the worst hotel i have ever stayed.. worst hospitality and stingy hotel which charges even for drinking water. i was fed up with my stay and its very embarassing !!!

Bon Sejour review.

The stay was over all good...but when we checked in we were told that we would be given a garden view room but we got a different room and were told that there is some maintenance issue. I was also told that we would be given a username and password for WiFi usage but that never happened. Rooms are pricey and not as spacious as it looks.
