Hot water in the shower of the villa was not working. Never knew of hot water issues in an 5 star resort. Horrible service for villa guests. A cup of coffee took an hour to be delivered. Incredible property but horrendous service

The only complain is that, when arranging for airport pickup, they require me to fill up a manual form payment of credit card, which I feel unsafe.
