Generally clean but old grey towels with holes. Toilet leaks, had to put a towel on the ground to absorb the water. Was unsure if it came from the bowl yuk or the connections. Bed sheets were clean an fresh. Bed was comfortable. Internet rather flakey. Outdoor pool dirty unusable. Used a Wise debit card mexican pesos in the hotel and both times it said on their machine it did not work however it did come off my card. Don't think I would stay there again.

The only reason we booked here was because it's 99% kid-friendly: playground, children's pool, and a jumping area (on weekends). There is NO air conditioning like American hotels, but their floor fan helps. Their buffet on weekends is incredibly awesome. We would definitely come back.

The hotel was clean. Food in dining room was fine. Very poor lighting in the room- they need to add some lamps.. not able to read in the evenings. We had problems getting a taxi.. and on departure, there was no taxi available.. left us stranded with no solution.. staff had no solution. They also failed to give us our wake up call..luckily we had our own alarm on our phone.. when we went to check out at 5:30 am.. there was no overnight staff..just a doorman. Wouldn’t return.

First of all I have to say that it was a very beautiful place. The lobby is kind of old school class. I did not use the amenities outside because I arrived late but I did go out there and the pool an outside area looked clean and calm. It was a bit eerie that I was checked on when I was looking out there. The room was pretty clean and had plenty of hot water to take a shower. The porter was very very nice. They allowed me to check-in late which I needed because I was coming from Mexico City and had missed my bus. But I feel like I was punished for this because they would not allow me to order food. I called down to ask if I should meet food delivery outside, in the lobby or at my room and they said it was too late for me to get food. I'm an adult and I was paying for my room and there was someone at the desk all night and the fact that they wouldn't let me get food upset me especially since I was already stressed from my day in the city I and trying to get there. Both of the beds in my room were very hard and as soon as the sun came up it blazed through as if there were no curtains. So I left there hungry with no sleep and having paid for that. The primary reasons that I stay in hotel rooms were not met except for the fact that there was hot shower. If one makes the check-in on time and is a very very early riser I'm sure they would have a better time of it especially if they don't try to order food at after dinner

Overall stay was good . Only downside is the no AC and front desk staff could be more lively “smile more”. They had no water at the hotel to drink besides the two complimentary ones, which was nice but I went down to ask for more and they had none nor any for sale at least .

Cuando llegue me asignaron mi habitacion pero al encender la pantalla no tenia servicio de television ni de internet. Llame a la administracion y mandaron a una persona estuvo intentando solucionarlo y al final me dijo que tenia que registrar una cuenta de Amazon prime para poder tener acceso a la tv e internet. Locual me parecio fuera de lugar porque el hotel debe brindar el servicio completo. Lo intente pero tenia que registrar mi cuenta de correo y otros datos que me parecio muy riesgoso y volvi a llamar a la administracion y me cambiaron de habitacion y en esa habitacion ya tuve posibilidad de ver el canal de You Tube por lo menos porque la señal de television nunca tuve acceso. ESO ES LO QUE NO ME GUSTO

Se camina mucho de los cuartos a la entrada o al restaurante, es muy grande el lugar pero está muy bonito, lo único es que se nos metió agua de la lluvia al cuarto porque en el pasillo se metió el agua por un domo. El personal fue de inmediato a secar.
