Friendly staff. Property next door ( over which my room looked out) is an illegal dumpsite (I watched the rats run through the lot). It is far from both the center of Cholula and Puebla so not sure why anyone would stay there unless for business. I stayed because it looked really Nice but it was far too warm to enjoy and ggave

Loved the breakfast and variety of choices. The hotel was cleaned and well maintained. Close to many shopping and food options. I was lucky to get one of the upgraded rooms with refrigerator which kept our drinks cold with the hot weather in Puebla during our stay. Thank you!

I had a Do Not Disturb sign on the door and they ended up coming in. Made the bed, took the towels and did not even restock anything. We went to complain to receptionists and they came back later after checking the cameras and didn't notice anyone go in (Then how was the bed made and the towels gone?)
