My experience at Hotel Gala was very bad. The service at the front desk was poor, there was no hot water to take a shower, and there were no bottled waters provided in the rooms. I went downstairs to ask if they could give me a bottle of water and they said no. They showed me where I could get water, and when I asked for a cup, they told me I had to bring my own. My stay at Hotel Gala was very unpleasant.

a Página de Expedia decían que la entrada era a las 14 h, nos dieron acceso hasta las 15:30, no pusieron jabón y cuando los pedimos dieron jabones de hotel de paso. Eso no fuer lo peor, cuando dejmos la habitación nos dimos cuenta que a unos nuevos huéspedes (rubios) les dieron acceso a su habitación a las 12:30, parece que los mexicanos somos de segunda....
