The hotel was clean and well kept. Our air conditioning didnt function properly and the deadbolt didnt work. We reported these issues upon checkout and we were told both issues would be addressed. For the price paide, we were desappointed.

I was disappointed waiting for the front desk person, I was supposed to pay a fee of $261.93 because I made a payment through Expedia of $86.46 the total of the hotel was 367.52 and the hotel charged me the full amount and they told me that I had to contact Expedia customer service to be reimbursed for the initial payment. But Expedia doesn't have any phone number to contact them. I would like to be reimbursed for that money 🙁 Thank you

Todo esta excelente, solo cabe mencionar que son pequeñas las habitaciones, en el caso de las habitaciones dobles suelen ser muy pequeñas y apretadas. Por lo demas, un buen servicio, limpio y agradable!!
