  • Your host has created a private apartment, with private keypad entrance, in the basement of his historical Pueblo cottage. Ideal for for someone who wishes to stay in a well maintained property in a safe and quiet neighborhood with an on-site host committed to your comfort. Centrally located you'll find that nearly everything in Pueblo is less than 10 minutes away. Downtown River Walk, restaurants, hospitals, CSU and PCC, Pueblo State Park, etc... Host occupies the main part of the house and you may hear foot steps or water running but otherwise your comfort and privacy are assured. The unit has a large modern bathroom, a kitchen and a open concept floorplan for the living room and bedroom. large egress window allows plenty of natural light

    The house is divided into two separate, private units (upstairs/downstairs) with separate, private entrances. Suitable for quiet, respectful guests. The house is a red brick cottage built 100 years ago by Italian craftsmen. Beautiful historic homes and massive trees fill the neighborhood. Please message me with any questions.

We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home. Location was perfect. The place is very cozy and welcoming. Comfortable furniture with several blankets and throw pillows along with original hardwood floors, woodwork and fireplace contribute to this feeling. Mike is extremely responsive, accommodating and generous. Would definitely stay again!
