We did not realise that the hotels have a separate parking area with a shuttle cart to take you to the hotel. We had difficulty getting the QR code for the parking from the Hotel but once we got that it was easy enough. This should be highlighted when booking on your site and would make the experience much more relaxed."

However, the hotel should invest in ev charging points as many people now drive EV. I had to drive 5 miles to get my car charged. "
