"This was our second time staying here and we love this place! Staff is very helpful, and made the effort to communicate with us, using our very limited Spanish. Trees and flowers are beautiful here. Many choices on Free Breakfast menu, and food is very good. We love staying in this place and know that the staff takes great pride in keeping the natural beauty of Costa Rica, and providing excellent service."

"Staff was great and efficient. Parking for my rented car was phenomenal. room was well cleaned, price was very fair. This place looks like a Museum with hundreds of paintings and sculptures, something very enjoyable. I even visited other floors in order to look at more art work. The only things I did not like: the breakfast. Even though the food was fresh, it was boring and there was definitely not enough choice. "This place is a hidden gem in the city. Once you're inside it is like a small very secure and semi-private resort. It is well maintained and beautiful inside. Food served was perfect and the staff is so friendly. I got lucky finding this place and if you're staying in San Jose this is a great place to be."
