"The food isn’t very good. They do have variety of options just not good quality of food. Wish they had coke products for drinks. The staff is attentive and friendly. Not many activities to do on property. The pools are nice but by noon are so hot like swimming in a hot tub. The rooms are designed for couples. They say two beds but they are right next to each other so it’s like one big bed. Also the tub in the middle of the room doesn’t make sense. The shower is right in front of the beds so if you’re traveling with someone who isn’t your partner makes it uncomfortable and you have to work around it. "

"✅ THE GOOD The property was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, and while the shower pressure was just okay, we had no complaints about the accommodations. The evening shows were entertaining and a nice way to wind down. The drinks were fine, nothing special. The Italian restaurant was by far our favourite. The location is a major plus. You're just a short walk from 5th Avenue, which is vibrant and perfect for an evening stroll. ❌ THE NOT-SO-GOOD The food at the main buffet and most restaurants left something to be desired. The menu caters heavily to an American palate, which may or may not suit you. The Italian restaurant was the clear exception. The biggest thing to know before booking: THERE IS NO BEACH. The waterfront is rocky, and if a sandy beach is on your must-have list, look elsewhere. Pool chairs are another frustration. Guests stake their claim before 8am, and the staff does nothing to enforce a fair-use policy. Good luck getting a lounger if you sleep in. The resort's vibe feels more like a retirement community. If you're looking for a lively, energetic resort vibe, this likely isn't your spot. Bottom line: Great if you want a clean, relaxed base near 5th Avenue. Not great if you want a beach, a variety of delicious food, or a more dynamic atmosphere."

"The pool was amazing. The property was beautiful. However, the customer service was terrible. Everyone seemed unhappy, and in a rush. There were a couple of great waiters in the buffet and the Asian bistro, however, I did wind up getting food poisoning from the bistro."
