"It's a beautiful place to stay It is a beautiful, rustic, and very bright hotel. I am an architect and my wife is a designer, and we greatly appreciate the good taste of the simplicity and warmth of the place. The spaces are well-utilized, there is no noise pollution, and we highlight the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Rustic, yes, but high-class. We recommend the photography tour through the Arrayanes trails and the moment when the seagulls came to eat directly from our hands. We will return in July. "The setting is glorious, nestled in the woods on a lake. The staff was friendly and eager to please. Understaffed in the restaurant. Had to wait quite a while each morning for breakfast items to be replenished. The poor employee was doing as much as she could on her own. No WiFi in the basement where the gym is, so couldn’t use my Peloton app to work out with the hotel’s gym equipment. It’s a classy hotel; I was surprised they didn’t have a booster so we could get WiFi down there. Kayaking available right from the hotel! What a plus! Unfortunately no single kayaks which is what I like, just two doubles. There was a lot of condensation on the window in the room which created small pools of water on the window sill and we had to wipe the windows down to be able to see the gorgeous view. In spite of the problems, and clearly improvements are needed, we enjoyed every minute of our stay!"

"Lovely mountainside property with amazing view of the mountains and lakes. Small size of the hotel meant we got to know the help and informative staff. Food was terrific. A bit of a drive out of Bariloche but worthwhile for us. "

"We really enjoyed our time here, it's a great base to explore Bariloche and especially Circuito Chico. The breakfast is great and the owners are so nice and friendly. We spoke to the owner about his family history, being descended from Lewis Jones, the founder of the Welsh colony in Argentina. The Welsh tea (Te Gales) was a great taste of home for us two Welshmen staying there. Would highly recommend staying in this beautiful posada. "
