The place was beautiful, spacious, and we all had an amazing time. The communication from the host was prompt and responsive. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone staying in the Zona Hotelera."

"Pretty beat up across the board. Pretty much every single wall marked/scuffed, paint peeling in places, floors bent, bathrooms with rusted metal fixtures, grungy/stained couches, etc. One of the privacy shades was broke and placed in the corner of one of the closets. Unfortunately we booked non-refundable. Nobody seemed particularly surprised or concerned when we returned the key days early."

"The hotel is pretty dated. Room really small, little beach, and every morning they scrap the bottom of the beach to prevent sea grass is bad because it distorts the environment. I would not recommend that hotel. I only stayed for 1 night in my flight back and it ended the high note I had with my spectacular 5 days in Punta Cocos in Isla Holbox."
