Spectacular 4 bedroom appartment, absolutely central, with the atmosphere and decoration of the grand and opulent houses of yesteryear, but without forgetting the modern comforts of today. An atmosphere that will take you back to the times when Puerto de la Cruz was one of the most important meeting points for traders and tourists from all over the world. A spacious and welcoming space, more than enough to accommodate families, groups of friends and, of course, to work comfortably thanks to its coworking space and high-speed wifi. By the way, a highly valued advantage for our guests is the 2 parking spaces included in the accommodation. Something more than essential in the very centre of the city.
Our accommodation is located in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz, very close to the Plaza del Charco. A meeting point for all residents and visitors, where you will find the best atmosphere and a starting point to enjoy the wide range of restaurants, bars and shops. Right next to it is the fishing pier and its small beach, with great places to eat good fresh fish just a few steps away. An ideal place to soak up the atmosphere of this part of town.
If you come by bus, the bus station is about 200 metres away, at the end of the street where our accommodation is located.
In the vicinity of the building there are supermarkets, as well as a chemist's, greengrocer's, baker's, etc.
