"We stayed for 2 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we def made the right choice. From our arrival to our departure we had the most wonderful stay. Our room was beautiful with an amazing view (which everyone room has), our bed was super comfortable and the bath with the view just perfect. Breakfast was great with a great choice of dishes and great service. The premises is stunning and even though we visited in peak season the hotel never felt crowded or busy. Eden restaurant was the setting for our dinner on the first evening and it didn't disappoint. Beautiful views, wonderful menu and great food and service! "

"Didnt want to leave!The owner meets you at the property having buzzed you into the private gate, you are shown around the property and the pool, then left on your own to explore!The pool is salt water, I would have been put off if I had known before I booked, but now I am a convert and prefer it to chlorinated pools, skin feels a lot better! Its not anywhere near as salty as the sea and after a while you dont even notice it.Lovely outside eating areas to choose from, and lovely views across the valley and to the sea.Very peaceful setting. Occasionally the owners dog barks but stops just as quickly.Perfect location and I would definitely stay again."

"We stayed in this wonderful villa as a family of 17 people (our ages ranged from a 1-year-old to a 78-year-old): it was the perfect place for us.The swimming pool is lovely, clean and spacious, and our children had endless fun in it. The setting is incredibly scenic and the views of the sea are beautiful. The kitchen was clean and well maintained. The air conditioned bedrooms were large and smartly designed. The spacious living areas are fully air conditioned and enabled us all to dine together. We also appreciated how quiet, peaceful and safe the Urbanització neighbourhood was. Being in a rural setting, it is an area that requires people to drive, especially if you have a large group. However, the surrounding small towns and beaches are must sees. And you have to visit ‘Bar Restaurante - Es Portitxol’ for dinner, which is at the top of the neighbourhood and a five minute walk from the villa, as we enjoyed one of our most memorable nights there.The villa’s host was reassuringly communicative in the lead up and throughout our stay and he always responded to any questions we had. A special mention must go to Julian & his family, who are the host’s neighbourhood staff who help manage the property. Julian was exceptionally helpful and friendly, responding proactively to every request we had about the house. Knowing he was on hand to help made a real difference to our stay. It’s a very special place and I highly recommend an extended stay."

"Great value, the house not modern and we had some issues in the bathroom, communication with the host is not the best. But I would recommend this house, this is the best views you will get in Ibiza, sunsets are amazing. It is a bit far from downtown, but not too bad. Overall great experience if you value the views."
