"The cleaning staff was great. There are some areas in the bathroom that need more detailing, shower door, soap holder and toilet. Room 315 had a leaky faucet from tge first day. We told the housekeepers and front desk, y nada! The breakfast buffet was cold for the most part. There was a young lady who helped out the day that there was no buffet. She was fast, courteous and professional. Thank her please. We did but coming from the management would be nice. The pool bar areas need tidying up. Popcorn and trash were there overnight. I told the tall gentleman at the front desk the next day. Hehe...LOTS of cell phone usage bt staff in the dining room and reception areas. They need to be more aware of their surroundings and more attentive to guest traffic to convey a more professional atmosphere. Asley in tours was very professional and explained options very well. "The best place to stay in Puerto Escondido! The hotel is a dream and is walking distance to Playa Carrizalillo and great restaurants! Going to other beaches like Zicatela would require a car or taxi. The hotel staff are very kind, and the hotel is very well maintained"
