"Great hotel in a fabulous location. The one thing that lets it down is the pool area & the reason why I wouldn’t go again. The pool is far too small for the size of hotel & is also in the shade for a lot of the day. Many sunbeds were in the shade from around 1pm. Due to the limited area some sunbeds were even under the canopy of the building.
The hotel also clearly prioritises weddings - we were asked to vacate our sunbeds & move away from the pool area at 3.45pm to make way for a wedding party...
"We booked a Grand Premium room in the Level and we were allocated room 5083. The room was fine but the view really wasn’t grand or premium. We could see a sliver of sea from a tiny balcony that had a cavern-like atmosphere. I expect it might see the dun for an hour or so each morning but we weren’t sticking around to find out. We’d asked for a marina view. We asked to move so the staff showed us 2083 (!) which had the same outlook, only 3 floors lower and not a Level room. We settled for a...
