"Found this property via VRBO, and took a chance based solely on reviews and the map. It is PERFECTLY located just a couple of short blocks from the beach, so its quiet at night and in a completely safe area. The condo has everything: safe, beach towels, beach chairs/umbrella, full kitchen, coffee/sugar, water cooler, toiletries, and each room (living room/kitchen, both bedrooms) has its own temperature controlled a/c. The rooftop pool was wonderful, and perfectly clean, with a fantastic view....

"Kristen’s place was perfect. Exactly as advertised, but even better. The location is ideal - it’s at the quieter end of town, but still only a 10 minute walk from the hub of restaurants and shops. And even better, only a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach. The beach clubs nearby are great if you want to rent chaise loungers and an umbrella for the day, and very reasonably priced. "Overall it’s a nice property. Are there a few things that need attention, sure at least in the unit we stayed. Having a water cooler and coffee was nice touch since there are no close by coffee shops in the heat, by the time you get to one you’re too hot for coffee. We stayed two weeks I would change the part they only fill the coffee and sugar in between stays and not with the weekly cleaning. I understand if you go through it in less than a week having to get your own but multi week stays...

"This a nice, relatively affordable place in a great part of Puerto Morelos. Convenient to the main square and a block from the beach. The only downsides were very thin pillows on the bed (we ended up buying 2 more) and that the water flow in the shower was very weak and you have to wait about 5 minutes for hot water, which, when it comes, is scalding hot for 3 minutes til it runs out. "

"Everything was perfect! The apartment was very clean and well decorated, the host was very responsive and helpful during our stay. The amenities at the pool were great, plenty of chairs and sun umbrellas for everyone, and the other guests were friendly and willing to give suggestions on different local areas to visit. I definitely give this host 10/10."

"It was evident to me that maintaining the grounds is a labor of love. The property is so beautiful. Also, everyone was so patient with me as I practiced speaking Spanish. Another plus was that bicycles were provided. The town square, restaurants, stores and beaches are very close so for me it was the perfect form of transportaion. Overall wonderful stay."

"The jewel of this property is the patio! Enjoyed sitting outside with plenty of space and a lot of privacy. Bed was comfy, kitchen is modest but it worked, didn’t cook much. The Wi-Fi was adequate. Internet is shared with downstairs restaurant and when they get busy, no ability to stream tv. I was able to work and zoom occasionally during day. Love Taninos! The music is very enjoyable each evening. Mostly oldies everyone knows and usually quits by 10. Will stay again!"
