"This was the original Excellence, so it is a bit dated. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am allergic to gluten, so there were limited options, especially desserts. The chef in the Excellence Club was outstanding and made GF French toast for me every morning. The spa was gorgeous. "

"The rooms were spacious, clean, modern and colourful. The staff were all very nice and helpful. We were grateful to be on the 3rd floor with an ocean view. We particularly enjoyed pub food at Landsharks and pizza at the Italian restaurant. "

Everyone from check in, waiters, beach service, hostess, maids, bartenders, concierge. Everyone was so nice and attentive. This was our 2nd visit to this resort, and we do plan to return. "
