The property is beautiful! Very comfortable and we were able to rent all 3 sections to accommodate our large group. It is walking distance to the beach but we always drove to Calle 13 and the Malecon. Best PeƱasco trip ever! Gracias por mantener la propiedad tan hermosa y cuidada šŸ’•

Overall good. Just a little disappointed, they did not disclose some remodeling going on. And the gate had changed. So you can not get a taller trailer or vehicles in. Place was clean but not well stocked with pots pans for cooking. The grill and coffee maker did not work. But again Overall nice property

Absolutely loved the property! Went with large group and the entire place was plenty space for all of us. Very honest staff, daughter accidentally left her phone and they were gracious enough to mail it home to us. Definitely recommend!

Amazing hotel
Was super great. We had difficulty finding it as the gate had changed. Color is no longer black but tan but once we arrived, easy access air-conditioning worked in all the rooms, there was enough space for everybody to be spread out. I love the fact that it was gated the water stayed warm for all 18 people to be able to take their showers for days in a row, great view of the water super clean. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Communication the day before & day of was just awesome , replied right away & sent us the location ! (We were lost for a sec but after they sent the address we found it right away !) Check in process was super easy , just walked up , grabbed keys & opened gate ! Place was beautiful from beginning to finish. My old grand folks usually donā€™t like staying in houses they prefer hotels but they loved & enjoyed the stay here so much they want to come again ! Everything was accommodating to us & it just couldnā€™t have been any better than this. Thank you guys so much ! We will def be staying here again.

This house was perfect for my family and I. Very spacious, there was enough room for the 17 of us and we all slept comfortably. The owner was very responsive. The house was clean upon check-in. Not too far from all the fun in RP. Overall it was a great stay and my family and I discussed booking again whenever we take another trip.

Great for large group
This property was perfect for our large group. Within walking distance of the beach and several restaurants, plus a convenience store right across the street. The gated property added a sense of security. The host was very easy to contact when we needed something.

Amazing House
The house was beautiful and clean, 5 minute walk to the beach. Thereā€™s Rentals to Canams and Atvs within walking distance. Each floor has a key and you have your own privacy. The house is gated and in a good neighborhood. Communication with host was extremely easy we will definitely be back.

The property just as pictured. Everything was clean and user friendly. Loved the gated entrance definitely easier to let the kids play and run outside while we the adults enjoyed the patio areas! Awesome Property
Where do I begin..So from the beginning of the rental. I was able to contact Temo about the property and was very responsive, very fast too. He informed me of the property and the amenities prior to booking. I had a few questions on the area and if it was enough room for our trip.. He explained everything and included a nice walkthrough video.. We arrived a little early and contacted Temo, to see if we can check in early and freshen up before going around town. He glady let us on the property. We were met by Alejandra(care taker on property) she doesn't speak English, but we got by and Temo was available if need be. She was very nice and gave us the keys and showed us around. The place has an upstairs living area..(Kitchen, Living room and 3 bedrooms) 4 beds total. essentially 2 masters and another room with 2 queen beds. 2 full size bathrooms. The kitchen has a nice island for a feast. Downstaire there is another house. 2 bedrooms a bath and living room and Kitchen..Alejandra lives in the others house down stairs. Yes technically there is 3 houses.. There is also a Studio room with the Gazebo on top as y ou seen in the pictures. Nice room with kitchen.. Overall the living space was more than enough for our large group, you will not be disappointed. It was clean and ready for us. Internet modems were in each room. Its not as fast as you would have coming form the states, but it did work well.. No complaints. Beach access was 2 min drive to the public beach.. Malecon was about a 10-15 min drive. If that. Temo recommened some Charters as well. We didn't get to go since the weather wasn't good. Be sure to check the weather for those prior to going. Music was allowed as late as you wanted in the gazebo.. or on the patio(by the way its a huge patio). You may here them partying on the streets as well.. So hope you don't mind loud music in the streets late at night. There were pots, pans, utensils, keurig, sangria pitcher. Washer and dryer, crib if you need it and many more.. We truly enjoy our stay there and look forward to staying here again. Our whole family enjoyed their private living areas as well. Don't think twice about booking.. Just do it!
