  • Mid tide is a beautiful beach front studio in the upscale gated community of Las Conchas. It is located in Section one which is the best sandy beaches of Las Conchas.

    This efficiency unit resembles a hotel room with a microwave and mini fridge. It features everything needed for two to have a peaceful getaway. It offers a mini stainless steel refrigerator, high speed WiFi, private patio, private entrance, new AC/Heat unit, queen sized bed, table and chairs, brand new smart TV, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, a private bathroom and new tile throughout. This house has very low ceilings and may be uncomfortable for taller people. Parking is on the street with 24 hour security. This pet friendly rental is beach front with horseback riding, parasailing, snorkeling, out door showers, beach front massages and amazing sunset views.
