This Condo is on the 3rd floor A building (closest to the water) with an undisturbed view Sea of Cortez and the Point(Malecon) with light house. Princesa Beach Resort is situated in the exclusive Sandy Beach area of Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point), which is a vacation destination set against the Sea of Cortez - known as the Gulf of California with clear, deep blue waters.
The condo is fully furnished and equipped with EVERYTHING you might need while staying here,all the utensils provided. Condo equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher,washer and drier. Electronic includes smart TV,s in the Living room and Master bedroom with Fire stick (has unlimited world wide channels that is including EVERYTHING) NFL games and all movies, kids channels. You will be able to log in to your Netflix or Amazon Prime accounts to use that for your entertainment. Also, don't forget to bring your computer - WiFi connection in the unit. Both bedrooms have king size beds. Comfortable mattresses will help you relax after all day playing on the beach and new air conditioning will keep you nice and cool while you sleep. Brand new sleeper sofa in the living room. Filtered water stand in the room! Living room has a desk with the chair. We have new super comfortable patio furniture on the balcony and bench for extra seating.

Pick your spot from the pool side chair with umbrella, outdoor dining tables near bbq, your own private balcony at the condo, chaise lounges under Palapas (palm canopy) on the sand, or in the bar-restaurant to watch the game.Make sure you experience Many restaurants in town with life music and entertainment.
Kids and adults can enjoy banana boat ride or jet sky. Plenty vendors with MX goodies and food trucks with unlimited Pina Coladas or fruit baskets right on the beach. No need to go anywhere! Massage Ladies are amazing!
Visit MX Rodeo Drive for gifts to yourself or friends and family. Fish market is a must to visit!!! Pick up fresh shrimp or fish for cooking while staying or take home for friends! Visit Bird island(unforgettable experience) or hire little boat to go deep sea fishing,sunset ride or snorkel from the shore! Princesa Beach Resort offers 24/7 guarded resort with series of Pools( one heated in the winter) Hot Tubs, Children's wading pool, Club House w/Fitness Center, ping pong table. Volleyball and bocce courts, Mini Mart and famous Colin’s Cantina Restaurant in the resort. 8 extra palapa were install Fall 2016! Swim up Bar at E pool!!! Yes,it’s heated in the fall-winter-spring.
Condo sleeps 8. Master has kings size bed,so is spare bedroom suit. One queen pullout couch and two foldable twin size beds
