Our condo is over 2400 sq ft of indoor/outdoor living space. Both bedrooms are extremely spacious with their own patio's and furnished with king size beds (in BOTH bedrooms for comfort) for restful sleep. There are 2 pull out beds in the living room - one sofa queen beds and futon twin bed.
The master bedroom, kitchen and living room areas all have amazing views of the Sea of Cortez and spectacular port view. The balcony is over 450 square feet and will accommodate all of your guests comfortably. The balcony has a huge dinner table with 6 chairs and 3 lounge chairs for you to take in the sun rays in privacy. Please take the time to sit out on the balcony for meals and cocktails...you will be so happy you did.
We have both wired and wifi internet connection - if you have to browse internet or to make some progress on your office work. Also, you can bring your own coffee pods for the Keurig machine or bring your own choice of coffee beans to make a fine coffee powder in our machine - you don't have to miss your favorite coffee while enjoying the pleasant morning sun and the beauty of Sea of Cortez.
Living room features a brand new Samsung Curved 55in SMART TV and both bedrooms are furnished with HDTV and wifi capable smart BluRay player along with all that cable channels can offer. So, you will not miss your favorite show.
Our unique size and floor plan make this condo feel more like a home. Our location offers a lot of privacy. No neighbors on the one side and a small ( currently empty ) one bedroom condo on the other side. We are just a few steps away from the beach
This condo is furnished with all kitchen utensils and you can easily take care of a family - if you choose to showcase your culinary skills with fresh fish and groceries from the local market. Best thing is, you don't have to worry about cleaning your dishes - this condo provides free maid service every day so that you can have all the fun away from all the chores!
The swimming pool area has a negative edge pool, lazy river, toddler pool, swim-up bar and a heated pool. There is a water slide just steps away in the Phase I pool which is also open to guests. Food service is available at all pools.
There is a fitness center which can be used by all guests, located near the Phase I lobby.
The beautiful white sand beaches at Las Palomas are private. Activities on the beach include beach volleyball and beach soccer. You can also rent jet skis and ride the banana boat, parasail or get on a fishing charter.

Beginning on February 10, 2017, Westwind Air Service is flying from the Deer Valley Airport in north Phoenix to Puerto Peñasco, Sonora, Mexico with southbound service on Fridays and northbound on Sundays. Flights may be purchased at $325.00 per person roundtrip. Refer to “Weekend Getaway Flights from Phoenix ”. Rental cars are available at the Rocky Point airport.
