The house is beautiful!

The house is right on the beach. The main area has a beautiful view of the ocean as does two of the bedrooms. The air conditioning works wonderfully. The kitchen was fully stocked. We loved the ice machine and the R/O wster.

Best vacation rental ever

Hands down the best home I have ever had the pleasure to rent. It comfortably fit our family of 14 that flew in from out of town for Thanksgiving. The decor to the amenities were incredible. Very close to restaurants, access to massages on the beach, hot tub on property, and kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything we needed. Will definitely be back and definitely recommend. Thank you so much to Neal Harris, the owner, for being responisve and allowing us to stay at your property, we left with so many memories!

Best place to stay in Rocky Point

We have stayed at 4-5 of these beachfront Bell Sirena villas over the years, as we love the design of the house, which provides lots of space, and privacy between each bedroom. But this villa has recently been remodeled, and includes new furniture, and what I would estimate to be at least an 85-in TV. PLUS…, this property gives you the benefits of both a private beachfront house, but with access to the pool bar/restaurant, and several pools to meet other guests. We will definitely be back!!! ☺️☺️☺️

Villa at the Beach

We had a wonderful time and throughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. The newly remodeled kitchen in the villa is fabulous!! The setting is stunning and right off the beach. Perfect place for watching sunsets. We enjoyed lounging in the back yard and playing Corn Hole. The huge hot tub was a favorite. There was also a lot of green space next to the villa for soccer and family games. We utilized the pool with the swim up bar, the family pool and the fitness center. We are definitely coming back next year. Neal was very responsive to answer any questions or requests.

The Place to Be

Best location when visiting Puerto Penasco/Rocky Point. The upgrades done to the home are perfection. The pictures on line do not do the place justice. You have to see it in person to understand the beauty of this home. Located beach front with a jacuzzi and rooftop area. It was everything we expected and more!! We visited at the height of the summer heat and the home was nice and air conditioned. Each bedroom was well furnished and had comfortable beds. The kitchen had all the necessities to create a meal and entertain. Loved the specialty ice cube freezer! Property security was great. They were always aware when we were coming and going checked in with us frequently. Felt very safe which made our time more relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely be returning to this home for future family vacations.
