8 Adult minimum occupancy. Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Resort has been the recipient of numerous awards for its accommodations, facilities, and customer service. Offering a variety of amenities that include restaurants, bars, swimming pools, lounges, beach areas, a casino, and nightly entertainment, the possibilities are endless.

You will experience the benefits of our ownership of a 6 bedroom villa which allows our guests access to all available amenities, restaurants, pools, roundtrip airport transportation, and many other benefits.

Start your day in the six-bedroom villa with breakfast prepared by a chef. The villa is equipped with a private pool and tub, fully loaded kitchen, air conditioning, cable television, and wi-fi. Also, each bedroom has its own full bathroom, ceiling fan, and television.

Reservations must be booked a minimum of 1 month prior to your stay. In addition to the Daily rental fee there is a mandatory all-inclusive fee and resort fee for adults per person, per day and Children under 12 children under 3 are free. These amounts are payable to the resort upon check in.
Benefits of the all-inclusive fee include; dining at 2 buffets, 9 all access restaurants, 7 V.I.P. restaurants, and 11 VIP bars. Whether you want American, Italian, Asian, Mexican or Seafood, there is something for everyone.

Amazing Villa

Lovely Home!

The house was just beautiful and it was big. It allowed my family to spread out and have their own space. It was clean and decorated very nicely. We all felt very comfortable there. We also enjoyed the golf carts. The owner Perry was great as well. He was very responsive and was sure to answer all our questions. We will definitely be back!

Awesome friend getaway

Loved the property. Loved the pools and restaurants. The private pool was the best. We had a delicious breakfast every morning prepared for us right in the villa. The staff was amazing. They responded to all of our questions and requests. Only complaint: Wish there was hot water for showers and baths. Perry was great. He was super informative and available for any questions. I would recommend this property if you are okay with cold showers.

Beautiful!

There was some miscommunication the first few days of our vacation. None of the problems were the fault of our host, it was the staff where we checked in. As soon as the host knew he contacted his people & problems were solved. We would definitely stay again at this host’s property. The BBQ at the villa was amazing & having our own private pool & courtyard made the holiday a dream come true. Thanks to the staff that saw to all of our daily needs. Special thanks to our hosts for making a special family holiday very memorable for us.

HANDS DOWN BEST VILLA

We have had our trip booked for almost a year. From the beginning to the end Perry was more than amazing. He stayed in communication to ensure we had airport transportation, meals and everything we needed in order to have a relaxing vacation. The Villa was OUTSTANDING, the fact that there were two master suites shocked us all. The pool was warm at night and the cabana was beautiful. This house gorgeous the foyer was everything, very picturesque. The pictures dont do this Villa any justice. When you book just know you’re in great hands.

A fabulous girls trip

We had an amazing trip for my mom’s 60th birthday! Everyone was blown away by the villa. The pictures didn’t do it justice! Communication with Perry was excellent. He was very helpful. There was minor miscommunication with resort staff, but nothing major. The chef and maid were wonderful. We loved our daily breakfast in the villa! Having access to the owners member level was also very nice as we were able to access almost everything. Golf carts were a nice touch to get around. Overall would highly recommend!

Amazing Property and Host!

My group and I had an amazing time during our stay at this villa while on vacation in Puerto Plata! The villa was beautiful, spacious; and suited our group wonderfully! We were spoiled by Chef José who came to us each day and prepared an amazing breakfast; as well as our housekeepers who did an excellent job of keeping the place nice and clean. Oh, I can't forget the chefs who also honored us with an amazing BBQ one night! The food was awesome! Speaking of which, the owner of the villa, Perry Schneider, was also awesome! I was the vacation planner for this group and Perry was so patient and kind in every way, from the trip's conception to its end and beyond. I definitely recommend that if anyone wishes to plan a vacation for a large group to Puerto Plata you can't go wrong with this villa and Perry Schneider. He will make sure your group is well taken care of. Thanks, Perry!

Puerto Plata

We were given way too much food and it felt very wasteful. Food was mediocre We will not stay in an all inclusive again. There isn’t enough to do. No hot tubs and pools were too cold. Teen center was closed. Wi-Fi was not good anywhere so people trying to work remotely had a difficult and frustrating time. Weather was beautiful and the house was lovely.

Family vacation

This villa is amazing! When I booked I was looking for something with enough space for myself and my 4 children and their spouses/significant others. This property couldnt have been any more perfect. The villa is just beautiful, clean, and very spacious. The staff was so friendly and amazing. Breakfast every morning and the BBQ were the best. Perry and Debra are the wonderful hosts. They were very efficient with communication and were easy to communicate with. We received everything promised (and then some). Unfortunately, we had a death of a very close friend 6 days prior to our arrival and 2 of my party had to depart 4 days early. Perry and Debra were not only on top of everything to accommodate our changes but also so understanding and caring. They are the best of the best and I will definitely be booking with them again in the future. spacious. The staff .spacious.

Couples Retreat

My stay at the villa for a Couples Retreat I hosted was exceptional. The owner made pre-planning effortless by accommodating all our unique requests, including having yoga mats available at the villa. The villa was spacious, providing ample privacy for all couples. The common areas were perfect for our activities, and there's even an additional upstairs common area not shown in the pictures. The breakfasts prepared by the chef were delicious and plentiful. We enjoyed dining at the onsite restaurants and especially loved the BBQ on the first night, which I highly recommend for groups with varying arrival times. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and toiletries were restocked daily. The resort offered a plethora of activities that we didn't even have time to experience them all. The beaches were fantastic, and the provided golf carts made getting around the large resort easy. While we encountered a few minor issues at the resort itself, such as being seated together for dinner one night (since this was a couples retreat, we wanted all couples to have separate tables ) and a registration mix-up for our departure date, these were outside the owner's control. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we appreciate the owner's efforts to ensure our retreat was a success. **It is not letting me select "other" for who stayed at the property. This was a group of adults that did not know each other prior to coming to the retreat so having "enough" space to spread out was important

XMAS VACATION

Let's start first with Perry. An excellent host, all our needs were taken care of with no issues or hiccups. We had an amazing time from the moment we arrived. Family vacation

Staff was very professional and accommodating. The food was plenty and very good, especially the BBQ that was cooked at our Villa. Only negative, golf carts didn’t work, property sales plenty of wine but no corkscrews lol. Plus better communication between concierge/property managers to staff.,some things weren’t relayed. What an amazing trip! Perry made sure we had everything! Our concierge Wasker was available and made sure all our requests were met. We got 2 golf carts that fit our party of 10. The house was absolutely amazing! Huge rooms, big pool area, morning chef for breakfast, BBQ celebration, great restaurants! If you want to rest and be pampered this is the place! Best massage, ask for Albany for your therapist! Will be coming back!

Beautiful villa for long, relaxing family getaway

Terrific owner. The villa is beautiful, enormous, and we’ll maintained. the pictures did not do it justice! The stay included golf carts, breakfast at the villa every morning, and limo service to the airport. Owners organized everything and were very responsive and organized a 2nd airport pickup when one flight was missed. The resort is focused on relaxing with limited activities but restaurants were good and BBQ dinner at the villa was excellent, probably the highlight meal of the trip. Be sure to respond to the owner to reserve restaurant seating early to get preferred dinner times.

A great villa for a family vacation!

Perry was a great host and provided a lot of information prior to our stay. The villa is lovely and was perfect for our family and friends. We loved the privacy, accommodations, and having our own pool. Our housekeeper and chef were nice daily visitors and took good care of us. The lifestyles resort was exceptionally busy over the holiday which impacted a few parts of our vacation. The high volume meant a lack of responsiveness to customer concerns and that we were limited for our dinner reservations. I suspect that would not be the case if we visited at another time.
