From the moment we arrived until the second we left, the overall quality of our experience was nothing short of perfection.The amenities are world-class, offering everything you could possibly want for a luxury getaway, and the cleanliness of the entire property was absolutely immaculate. Every single corner of this resort is spotless and beautifully maintained.What truly makes this place a paradise, though, is the incredible staff. A massive, special shoutout to Alexis and Alexander! Both of them provided some of the best customer service we have ever experienced. They were incredibly warm, genuinely friendly, and went completely above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care of. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The property was clean, well maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The amenities were enjoyable, and everything met our expectations. The only downsides were the large number of mosquitoes, particularly around the outdoor play area, which made it difficult to spend time there and fully enjoy the space. In addition, while the private beach was a nice feature, it could have been better maintained and cleaner. Addressing these two areas would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. Aside from these concerns, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend the hotel.

Would highly recommend this property! The staff were fantastic, the rooms for clean, and it was lovely being able to order a drink from the pool. There was a private beach within a short walk, or staff offered to take you in a golf cart. Just a really great place to stay within walking distance of other things as well

This place was a great stay. Staff is very friendly and caters to your needs. The area is very safe you can get around in golf carts that you can rent very easily. It’s clean and well maintained. & the hotel restaurant serves great food.

This property was really pretty and the staff were all so nice and most spoke well in English. The pools were beautiful with the mountain as a backdrop and we spent lots of time in the game room playing pool and ping pong. Everything looks new and tastefully designed with some new amenities coming soon (I think someone said tennis courts?) but the work was being done with hand tools and never intruded on the peacefulness of our quiet vacation. The private beach was so quiet with chairs and umbrellas and cold beers available. It is about a 2 min golf cart ride to the beach but someone is always ready to bring you there with a smile and recommend one of the amazing beachfront restaurants (we were treated like royalty!) On Saturday night they played fun, upbeat music by the pool. It’s the best time to visit the rooftop pool if you are prone to burning in the daytime. Thanks to all for making our getaway so enjoyable!!

Absolutely LOVED my stay at Ocean Winds Hotel!!! The service was beyond outstanding, the room was gorgeous, and the view was breathtaking. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From start to finish, everything was perfect. I can’t recommend this hotel enough — if you’re thinking about staying here, DO IT! I will 100% be coming back!

Very impressive stay. It's like a mini resort. It has all of the fundamentals you'd look for in a resort, but on an intimate scale. I'd come back again. The prices at the restaurant are a little high for what is served. However, when you factor in the cost of going off site, and the quality of the food, it's not the most expensive. The food was good overall. Bookmarked and might be coming back

Nice to have a refrigerator, a microwave would have been nice. We did have to wait for 45 minutes for breakfast. It was a good breakfast. The gate was closed when we arrived so we had to park down the street and walk up to check in.

The property is quite new (still upgrading). Phenomenal staff, very pleasant, helpful and attentive. It's the perfect place to just relax (pure R&R); great pools with priceless views of the mountains. The property is equipped with a restaurant, bar & cigar store. As for the room it gives a beach cottage feel when you walk in, with the wood furniture and white linens. Kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, stove top and a coffee machine. Private parking available. Safe to walk around off property. Beautiful private beach, not walking distance, need a golf cart (available for rent). Special thanks to Alexis (ready to solve any issues), Claudia, Ruth, Felix Alexandro (security - very attentive).The property owner is always around making sure guests are okay. The property is clean and well kept, room for minor finishing touches and constant hot water (if that's for you).
