"Hotel in need of refurb, only 1 of 2 lifts working. Breakfast was a joke, arrived 1 hr before end of service, very little food left, no butter for toast. When asked staff to refill was told all gone. Very aware of noise from adjacent club until at least 2am when I finally managed to sleep, probably went on later. Aircon struggled to cool room and also noisy. I'll be looking for a alternative next time which is a shame with location being convenient."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay whilst in Palawan. The complimentary breakfast was a nice added extra, and a free shuttle to and from the nearby airport which is only 15 minutes away. The staff were so helpful, courteous, friendly and polite. We shall return here one day soon with our four grown up children here, it was that good. 😊 It’s a ten star ⭐ from us. Exemplary hospitality here at Alvea hotel."
