"Overall it is a very nice resort and the free morning breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint about is that two of the pools and jacuzzi were not filled or functional. Make sure you get an air conditioned room otherwise you have no privacy. The walls do not go to the ceiling and everyone in the Resturant can hear you in the room and your bathroom. It could lead to an embarrassing moment."

Los controles de la TV no funcionan y el servicio de limpieza de la habitación, hay que solicitarlo. Creo que el hotel tiene mucho potencial pero el servicio debe mejorar. "La habitación es muy amplia y las camas muy cómodas, todo nuevo y limpio. Está ubicado a unas 2 cuadras de la playa pero el acceso es fácil. El parqueo es en el exterior de la propiedad pero es una zona bastante segura. El personal es muy amable y atento. Me gustó todo excepto que ponen música a todo volumen TODO el día por lo que no se puede descansar. Elegí el hotel por la piscina pero no la utilizamos ya que se veía sucia y me dio desconfianza."
