Search B&B in Puerto Vallarta

"We paid for an all inclusive package for one week. First of all the staff was excellent and saved the trip. The resort is rundown and in need of some fixing up. There are not enough chairs in the pool area or the beach, but there is enough room to add more. I was shocked to only see two water bottles in our room. When I went to the front desk to ask for more they informed me there was a limit of two per day. I told them we had paid for all inclusive. He said we could get a refill at the bar. You are not suppose to even brush your teeth with the tap water so two bottles of water is ridiculous. Who wants to leave the room in the middle of the night to go to the bar to get a refill. The bathroom was invested with some type of insect. We informed the maid the next day and she sixed the problem. Our third night there maintenance decided to blow out the A/C unit in the adjacent room at 9:30 at night. My husband had to yell at them to stop. There is a kids only pool and an adult only pool, however, the staff does not inforce the rules so kids are all over. "

"I had never been to an all inclusive where you were not allowed to drink by the pool! We had to purchase cups in order to have our drinks by the pool. The young bartender at the pool is very very rude. I did make a complain. The resort itself was nice, near the Malecon, and the staff outside the main entrance were very friendly. Also, checkout was very unorganized! They took us to a back room, were training someone new, so it took extra long to be able to checkout, plus that staff was not friendly either. The restaurant inside the resort were very nice, as well as the staff. We were able to eat at the Mexican and Italian restaurant. Delicious food! "

"Clean rooms"

"Had a very pleasant time. Good was good not great but good. Staff was very hospitable attentive and friendly. Felipe and Diego at the seafood restaurant went out of their way so did Johnny and and the waiters at the pool area. Only complaint was when one the the girls at the towel station gave away my chairs that I had reserved at the pool area. According to her I had left my chairs unattended for more than an hour when all we did was go have breakfast and came back to our chairs at the pool which only took about 30-40 minutes. Other than that my stay there was very relaxing and peaceful. I tidally recommend fiesta Americana and would definitely stay there again. "

"The Garden View room was great, had ocean view as well. The rooms were nice but could use a bit of maintenance. pool was great , nice size with swim up bar. Al a cart restaurants were good only two choices though. Buffet was OK . Staff were very friendly. "
