"Golf carts were hard to use and were very slow, The hotels literally in a valley and goes up a mountain, everything's a uphill walk, staff were slow, Buffet food wasn't good, ordering lunch from the bars took over 2 hours on multiple days."

"Very beautiful, you can walk right up to the ocean from the pool area and the staff was very accommodating. The only issue was that the shoreline was a little uncomfortable to stand in due to the rocks/pebbles but was still nice regardless."
