"Salvador, the host for the casitas was very friendly, accommodating, and easily reachable by phone, in case any issues arose. The casitas are right across the street from stairs down to the beach, and a couple blocks from Olas Altas. I would definitely stay there again. "

"Very dissatisfied I lost my 1st night I don't have access this is hostal is not hotel I call 3 diferent numbers and no body responds I have to walk a way and pay another hotel terrible service not coming back and I don't recommend to come here "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were large and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. It was very hot during our stay but the airconditioned rooms were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and they were not short staffed like many other places. The pool bar makes the best Pina Colada's in PV in my opinion."

"The customer service was fantastic. The grounds and the views were beautiful. I would recommend this resort to others. We were in PV because our dad was in the ICU at Medassist. This was the perfect location and mental health break we needed. Thank you."

"We liked that it was 15-20 from city which made it a little a bit more peaceful. We could here wild life in the mornings when everything is much more quiet. Tours are very easy to access. "

Emperador Vallarta Beachfront Hotel and Suites

"Our stay was excellent. Very clean, spacious, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony was amazing. Beach access, but we didn't use it. Our only complaint was in the bathroom. The toilet wouldn't flush, very slowly, after multiple attempts. The shower doors kept getting stuck. Minor inconveniences. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay"
