The people were friendly, and inside the hotel was clean. However, my hotel was booked and we had to move to another hotel across the street which the hotel was not clean. The part that irritated me the most were the room. Daily water cost money and the Expedia brochure says that it is included. Which is it? Would I recommend this hotel, no.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was ok, but not a wide variety. The 3 restaurants were very nice and the food and presentation was very good. The property is dated and could use some renovations. The main pool shouldn't allow children that are still in diapers.

Last time we are going there. We were told we had 24hr room service and when i called around 10pm they told me i didn't. I needed to order food for a friend who was feeling sick and they didn't want to help us or accommodate us. They told me the kitchen was closed fir us and only available for gold bracelets.

We loved staying at the CantoDelSol. All of the staff were terrific. I would say the rooms need a bit of an update but they were clean so that’s all I really cared about. Our stay was over the Holy Week holidays so there were lots of locals. The influx of people for the few days went well, as the staff handled the amount of people well!
