We loved the resort and all that the all inclusive had to offer. The options for food were fantastic! The view from the room was incredible! Our room was cleaned daily and most of the days we had our snacks refilled. The one downfall was our concierge, she was very nice and started out super helpful until we found this was all only to set us up for hearing about a timeshare.

Great resort. The service is exceptional. Every person wants to do anything and everything to make your stay enjoyable, easy, and safe. They are focused on your comfort and always wanting to please. The heated infinity pools are amazing. The beach does have rocks so get swim shoes. Only two restaurants allow kids but they have kids club so parents can enjoy dinner at the other restaurants. I have been to this property multiple times. The rooms are excellent. The all inclusive option has become worst over the years. Currently, there are restaurants and menu items that can’t be ordered under “all inclusive”. Also the alcohol included is very limited and cheap brands. They overcharge you for the non covered items.
