Updated rooms were spacious and beautiful, office staff was nice, restaurant buffet food was good but staff service in the restaurants were horrible, tips weren’t worth leaving for how ignored we throughout the day, maybe 2 ladies were nice and that was all.

The resort is nice. The onsite activities are fun. We really enjoyed the mexican night fiesta. The food was incredible. The pools were very crowded. We disliked the fact that they would not let our children have swimming practice/lessons in the quiet pool because they were children, especially in the morning when the pool was mostly empty. I like fishing on the jetty, but they did not like me fishing on the rocks directly to the south.

Paradise Billage lives up to its name again and again. We brought our children here when they were young several times and now we have brought our grandchildren. I hope they continue the tradition and bring their children here too.
