"I’ve stayed here previously and had a great experience but sorry to say that the standards have dropped. The old lift situation is still an issue (only 3 tiny ones which really needs addressing somehow) but the staff are less attentive, the main pool area requires more shade, the booking system for the restaurants needs much more improvement and the food wasn’t as good. we spoke to other guests who said exactly the same thing. That said, it is in a great location being a 25 minute walk into town, the pools themselves are lovely (especially the small one towards the bottom), it’s quiet with a great local beach and it surely has the best sunset rooftop in Ibiza. Not sure we’ll go back again but you never know. Thank you for having us all the same."
