    The manager who checked us in was super lovely and welcoming. The downside is it was a little far from the city centre so we ended up having to taxj one night when the buses had stopped running. Aside from that. Really comfortable..

    The parking was safe. We had to change rooms due to there being bodily hair and dirt on the shower which had clearly not been cleaned. Very disappointing. The bathroom also smelled of urine.

    Pas cher, mais pas terrible pour les commodités. Peu de serviettes à bain, pas de mini réfrigérateur. Il faut demander en bas pour un sèche cheveux et des serviettes supplémentaires. On s’est arrangé en conséquence. A notre arrivée la chambre était propre, mais il y avait peu de papier de toilette. On a du aller en demander en bas le lendemain car le desk ferme à 9:00pm. La chambre est plutôt spacieuse, mais ne dispose que d’un très petit bureau. Bref, propre, confortable et on a apprécié la climatisation. Bien insonorisé. Mais il faut se satisfaire de peu. On a utilisé le bus tout près pour se rendre à La Rochelle (illico 4) car le stationnement ville est cher ou introuvable. Très pratique. Plusieurs options de restauration autour, mais rien d’extraordinaire.

    Hôtel calme, clim bienvenue avec cette chaleur. Personnel agréable Bien situé à l'entrée de La Rochelle, facile d'accès. Arrêt de bus direct pour le centre historique de La Rochelle juste à côté de l'hôtel.

    Attention à donner bon code d’accès hôtel

    Gros problème à l’arrivée Obligé d’attendre l’arrivée du responsable de l’accueil car ma réservation était enregistrée mais le code envoyé la veille par hôtels com n’était pas bon. Même après multiple essais Heureusement pas arrivée après fermeture accueil. Comment faire dans ce cas? Qui appeller? J’appréhende pour une prochaine réservation.

    Notre séjour c'est bien passé l'hôtel bien situé pour les diverses visites touristiques. Le petit déjeuner très correct et varié le personnel disponible pour aider. Si nous avons de nouveau besoin nous y retournerons. Un petit bug à notre arrivée la personne chargée de l'accueil ne trouvait pas notre réservation ni le règlement, finalement après recherches tout est rentré dans l'ordre

    Avec un couple d'amis, nous avons séjourné deux jours dans cet hôtel situé à 10 minutes de La Rochelle. A notre arrivés l'accueil fut très agréable. Chambre correcte et salle de bain fonctionnelle, très bonne literie. Très bon petit-déjeuner buffet, salé et sucré.

    Attention il est Impossible d’utiliser le numéro de réservation d’Hotels.com en arrivant à l’hôtel quand ce dernier est fermé. Il faut attendre 17 h et l’ouverture de l’accueil de l’hôtel. L’appareil extérieur ne prend pas la réservation de certains sites comme hôtels.com !!!!!! Grosse frayeur à notre arrivée. Dans la chambre la télévision a un voyant qui reste allumé toute la nuit et très gênant car le lit est en face.
