    Nice one hotel but .. no elevator meant carrying cases, etc. up two flights of stairs (on the outside the hotel) and as we need two trips for all the stuff meant this was a big hassle. Good job it wasn't raining.

    A very basic but clean hotel. Although we requested Gluten Free guest, they managed to make me very poorly & lost a days holiday due to be glutenised!

    The Campanile suited our purposes insofar as its situation. We were able to park the car safely and easily and take the bus into La Rochelle. We had a prob with the air conditioning which was promptly rectified/change of room and offer of one free breakfast. The room itself was spotlessly clean but a bit Spartan and the view from the window was poor.

    HORRIBLE!! À fuir

    2 nuits dans cet hĂŽtel en banlieue de La Rochelle. Le premier soir, en plus des toiles d’araignĂ©es apparentes dans la chambre, j’ai dĂ©couvert un cafard dans le lit. J’ai prĂ©venu l’hĂŽtel par mail mais sans rĂ©ponse. Le lendemain, les deux rĂ©ceptionnistes m’ont simplement rĂ©pondu que ces pauvres petites bĂȘtes ont chaud et cherchent la fraĂźcheur dans les chambres
 elles ne m’ont pas changĂ© de chambre car hĂŽtel complet et n’ont pas souhaitĂ© prĂ©venir leur responsable. L’une d’entre elles m’a Ă©galement mis en doute ma parole en disant que je confondais peut ĂȘtre avec un autre insecte
 elles m’ont gracieusement proposĂ© un coup d’aspirateur, c’est bien connu que cela empĂȘche la prĂ©sence de cafards
 Ce deuxiĂšme jour je dĂ©couvre 2 nouveaux cafards dans la chambre et dans la salle de bain, puis un 3eme plus tard dans la soirĂ©e de nouveau sur le lit
 J’ai de nouveau envoyĂ© un mail Ă  l’attention du responsable mais je n’ai jamais eu de retour. HĂŽtel sale, fuyez. De plus, ils ne vont prennent pas en considĂ©ration et ne rĂ©pondent pas Ă  vos mĂ©contentements. Vu les rĂ©ponses que j’ai eu des rĂ©ceptionnistes, c’est clairement du foutage de gueule. Fuyez fuyez fuyez!!!!
