"Room and building were clean, and reception staff were friendly. However, several issues let the stay down.
Parking is very limited and cost an extra $15/day — not disclosed at booking. Despite paying, I once had to use a disability park as no other spaces were free.
The room is advertised for 2–3 people. I booked for three adults and paid a premium for the third occupant, but this didn't include a bed. I only found out when I asked, and was told a roll-out bed was available for a further...

"The manager was absent when we arrived, but we were able to contact him by phone from info on the reception door. He told us he'd be back in an hour and would bring over some milk for tea or coffee. Ha Ha! we're still waiting for the milk!
Otherwise an excellent place to stay!"
