The staff was so kind and accommodating, helping us with everything we needed, giving us the closest room to the elevator, service from the hotel restaurant (delicious food), ice from the bar to help with my wife’s injury, etc. I can’t say enough about how kind everyone was. "The hotel is in an well-preserved old building. Location was quite near of the touristic center. The room was much smaller than the 30 sqm that the web page (Expedia) informed. Bulky furniture at both sides of the bed made a difficult access. Bathroom was tiny ( standing in the middle and streching your arms you can touch opposite walls). Some things as the toilet lid were broken. The room faced a beautiful courtyard, that was also a restaurant with live music until 11 pm."
